TCIL's involvement, its structure and professional staff have been increasing. It has, at present, a pool of 35 full-time professionals having high academic, research and teaching experience together with adequate support services and staff.

With the accumulated experience and expertise of its professional personnel, TCIL is successfully participating in various consultancy programs. The present pool of professional personnel of TCIL has been providing a comprehensive, multi-disciplinary and integrated project management and specialized types of services. TCIL is managed by a Board of Directors headed by its Chairman.

                   Facilities and Logistic Base                                   Up­

TCIL's head office is located in a prestigious, newly constructed, centrally air-conditioned building in the heart of Dhaka city with around 7,500 sq. ft. floor space. The firm is equipped with all modern office equipment, communication facilities, vehicles and other facilities to provide necessary logistics back up to its professional people. TCIL has got a library, data bank and report publishing and duplication facilities of its own. The field team and professional personnel of the study teams as a whole can rely on TCIL for logistic support with confidence.
